Police arrested a naked woman after she allegedly shut off the power to a downtown Las Vegas hotel-casino Monday night, according to an arrest report.

Alissa Neeley, 28, had locked herself in the fire control room of ’Garage Mahal,’ the parking structure for Circa Las Vegas, and shut off power for the garage and hotel-casino, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said in their report.Circa Casino Vegas
